Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively with design drafters and management to confirm that drawings accurately depict machinery and necessary modifications.
• Organize and oversee a comprehensive library of design files for streamlined access and future updates.
• Extract and input data from designated files, guaranteeing timely and precise mapping into databases such as Microsoft Excel.
• Record critical data points, including Store Number, QR Code, MDM Asset ID, Tag ID, and Aisle Location, while adhering to strict accuracy criteria.
• Conduct thorough searches for relevant digital asset inventory data and analyze file contents as required.
• Perform regular database backups to maintain data integrity and security.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors to uphold high-quality outputs.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in data mapping and uploading.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in technology with a strong ability to learn new platforms swiftly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at managing multiple applications concurrently.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data management and entry.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus, though not required.
