As a Data Entry Clerk at, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our databases are clean, organized, and ready for use by our analytics team.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data into company systems and databases
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Update and maintain existing data sets as needed
• Assist in generating reports and summaries from data entries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills
