We are looking for a Customer Service/Data Entry Technician to join the Fstone Technologies team! You will be responsible for answering phone calls, accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. $500 signing bonus!
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls from patients and prescribers
• Enter a variety of data using current technology
• Process data updates in the management system
• Review discrepancies in received data
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience answering multiple calls per day required
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
