The Asset Listings team owns and operates the process by which a Digital Asset gets reviewed and launched on Coinbase. As an Operations Analyst you will help ensure that our Asset Review process runs smoothly end to end. This includes collaborating with teams such as legal, compliance & security to ensure reviews are delivered on time while also acting as a Listings team liaison as needed. You will play a crucial role in new asset launches on Coinbase, working with others on the Asset Listings team to ensure launches are well organized and executed. You will also analyze our existing processes and suggest improvements that will make our team and workflows more efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)
• Ensure all trackers and tooling is kept up to date at all times while regularly performing QA checks and flagging issues
• Act as an effective liaison between the listing team and our cross-functional partners
• Analyze our workflows and processes. Share insights on where we can improve and suggest and scope out these improvements
• Ownership of weekly operational tasks to ensure the asset listings program runs smoothly & efficiently
• Support our Asset launch program, working with colleagues to organize and execute launches
What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
• 2+ years project management or related experience within the tech and/or startup industry
• Exceptional attention to detail – perfectionism is a desirable trait in this role
• Self-starter that’s able to execute independently on assigned work and priorities
• Excellent communicator who can work well in a group setting and is comfortable presenting to peers and senior leaders
• Well organized, you are able to handle multiple projects, stakeholders & priorities simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Excited about growing the crypto economy
