SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking a self-driven Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to share in our mission in providing best-in-class digital marketing services for small & medium sized businesses. This is a client-facing role that manages & executes social media strategies across all popular social media platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Ops
• Create effective social media strategies customized to the client’s business goals and target audience.
• Write content for multiple social media platforms and industries.
• Engage on social media platforms by commenting, sharing, and participating in discussions.
• Build and nurture connections with influencers and content creators
• Manage influencer partnerships between influencers and our clients from discovery and content creation to publishing and reporting.

Team Collaboration
• Work with designers, writers, and marketers.
• Collaborate with other client service teams on co-managed clients: pay per click (PPC), SEO, web services & email marketing.
• Delegate & manage tasks in our project management portal.

Client Relations
• Manage 15-25 clients
• Communicate via email, call, and video conferencing
• Lead meetings such as project kickoffs and social media strategy calls

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• A critical thinker that shares our passion for all things digital. Has a desire to help others, a great eye for detail, an eagerness to learn, and can persuasively communicate ideas.
• Experience in social media management on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Ability to create and execute engaging strategies that drive growth
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
• Ability to analyze data and use it to improve social media strategies
• Aptitude in graphic design and video, analyzing channel performance and campaign development
• Ability to resolve conflict and create solutions to problems as they arise
• 1+ years’ experience working in an agency, or similar client-facing environment
• 1+ years’ experience as a project manager or social media marketer
• Preferred experience with our tech stack (SproutSocial, Canva)
