This position is preferred DFW with our hybrid in-office schedule of Tuesday-Thursday if you are within 40 miles of our HQ, we will consider remote employees outside of that scope.
Trintech is looking for an experienced Product Leader, with demonstrated experience in delivering solutions that solve key market problems, to advance our goal of bringing great Financial Close solutions to market, and help our customers transform their financial processes.
You’ll be responsible for the customer experience and product strategy for your given product line. This includes product vision, roadmap, release definition and delivery and revenue growth. You will also help build the portfolio vision and create a business Strategy around it.
You will get to see real impact in the market, as a result of your decisions, plans and efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
• Product Strategy and Outcomes: Build the product vision and create a business strategy around it. Responsible for collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to meet business goals, key among them:
• Growth
• Retention
• Customer experience
• Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Partners; as well as with external stakeholders, to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Trintech’s Banking and Financial Institution products and go to market solutions providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define detailed requirements for new features and enhancements based on market demands, competitive analysis, and strategic goals. Prioritize these features in alignment with company objectives. Work with Marketing to translate these features into external messaging that resonates with potential and current customers.
• Partnership Growth: Foster a strong relationship with partners’ product, industry, and field teams, leveraging the partnership to influence product direction, stay informed about upcoming changes, and collaborate on joint initiatives. This should result in a deepening partnership, a richer solution and also growth in customer adoption, customer experience / NPS and bookings.
• Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation in Banking and Financial Institution product offerings by proposing and championing new ideas that enhance Trintech’s Banking and Financial Institution offerings.
• Execution and Delivery: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and improvements. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development process.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of Trintech’s Banking and Financial Institution solutions. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to drive data-driven decisions. Ensure growth, retention and customer experience.
• Collaboration: Lead cross-functionally with leaders within Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops., InfoSec., Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, participating in the Go-To-Market (GTM) process
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA, CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, building and delivering Enterprise SaaS software solutions
• Technical Skills: Experience with common enterprise ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and common banking cores (Prologue Financials, etc.
• Customer Centric: Passion for understanding customers, their problems and experiences
• Team Player: Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence with people in all areas and levels of the organization. Able to create a vision and craft a compelling story.
• Product Professional: Experience in Product Management best practices including product planning, customer discovery, market analysis, and product development processes

The compensation range is specific to the United States and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. A reasonable estimate of the range is $124,300-$174,000 plus applicable bonus. Remote work applicants may not work from the state of California.
