The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for boarding new clients with a white glove experience to Paya Partners and Customers. This role will report to the Enablement Director and work collaboratively in a team environment supporting the Enablement initiatives. This role’s primary responsibility is to board Paya Partners and Customers by carefully reviewing specific departmental application instructions and inputting merchant applications in a timely manner including compiling and cross checking the applications documents to be submitted to the Underwriting department for review. This role will have the opportunity to enhance collaboration between the Enablement division and the Customer Enablement team through cross training to expand payment industry knowledge to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the day-to-day operations of the Enablement team
• Complete assigned daily and/or monthly departmental reporting tasks
• Review and input merchant applications for new and old Paya platforms
• Cross communicate with internal and external clients
• Review application forms and all required supporting document including financial and business records
• Accurately document client communications in regard to onboarding
• Execute necessary edits for new accounts prior to approval
• Supporting application processes for premier partners
• Prioritize and complete rush app requests for VIP partners
• Handle inbound call volume related to new/pending applications
• Cross checking data to be uploaded into all boarding systems
• Scans and uploads client documents into database for UW review
• Acts as a backup for core and UW/onboarding functions
• Works boarding failures
• Complete assigned daily Issue requests submitted for Paya Partners
• Assist with additional projects as needed

Education/Experience:
• High School required; Associate Degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office suite
