Job Title: Technical Product Manager with experience in Healthcare or Medical field

Location: Remote with 10-15% travel

Type: Full-time, Direct hire (please no H-1 candidates, we cannot sponsor at this time)

Can reside in: Nashville, Tennessee, Columbus, OH, Tampa, Florida

Position Overview:

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact technical products that align with the company’s goals and the needs. This role will involve managing the entire lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and customer-centric. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, and business teams, to ensure that the products meet both technical capabilities and healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to successful product launch and post-launch support.
• Translate healthcare industry requirements and customer needs into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Work closely with vendor service providers
• Prioritize features and development tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the product’s performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Ensure that product releases are timely, high-quality, and aligned with the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide strategic input and technical leadership to help shape the future of healthcare technology.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical or software products.
• Has strong technical experience, preferably as a programmer in the past
• Has experience within the healthcare or medical field and supported being compliant with HIPPA requirements such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven track record of managing complex products, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering customer-centric healthcare solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a must.
