• Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify accuracy before entry
• Ensure consistency of data throughout the system, addressing any discrepancies
• Report data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for a portion of the workday

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation
