Qualifications :
- To be successful, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of how they work together
- Minimum of one to two years of Data Entry/Analysis
- Self-starter must be productive with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities:• Creating/Approving and Processing cases in Salesforce• Processing: Refunds and Credits• Cancelling Accounts as needed• Reviewing accounts to verify correct billing• Correcting billing and other errors in billing system• Reactivating canceled accounts• Voiding Payments• Process changes as needed• Any other project as assigned
