We are seeking a meticulous Remote Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team at HK Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• * Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
• * Updating and maintaining accurate data records within specified deadlines.
• * Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
• * Generating reports from the database as required by the management team.
• * Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data entries.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• * Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is preferred.
• * Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
• * Experience with data entry tasks in a remote or office setting.
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Experience:Previous experience in data entry or related roles is required.

Working Hours:This is a part-time position, with flexible hours. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.

• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
