As a Kubernetes Platform Operator at Altoros, you will be a trusted advisor leading the cloud transformation journey of our customers by sharing your expertise in deploying, integrating, optimizing, automating, and adopting advanced cloud-based solutions.

How you will make an impact
• Managing and supporting Kubernetes/OCF/PCF/other, CaaS, and PaaS platforms.
• Manage API-to-API platform integration endpoints, and the associated infrastructure components and appliances.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks including upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore security scans, and monitoring using our Kubernetes Validation Suite (KVS) or other tools.
• Incident resolution, support coverage, issue categorization, post-mortem, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs
• Reducing operational effort.
• Constant upskilling for training rotation to engagements with customers.
• 3+ years of experience of expertise in K8s
• 2 years of experience releasing updates to K8s and workloads
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments
• Linux Shell Scripting (preferred Bash)
• CKA/CKS certifications or willing to certify (covered by Altoros)
