Remote Provisioning Supervisor

An automotive client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Provisioning Supervisor who will be responsible for providing customer response and support for Information Security related incidents. The supervisor will support numerous information security teams through handling Tier III ServiceNow related tickets and triaging/provisioning tickets that must be properly escalated to numerous teams. You will lead a small provisioning team that handles 100-150 tickets daily. Additionally, they train and mentor provisioning analysts and collaborate with various departments to align security measures with business objectives. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity and security of the companys information systems, ensuring customer trust and business continuity.

– 5+ years of Provisioning and infosec support experience
– 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
– 5+ years of Azure AD experience
– 5+ years of troubleshooting Tier III cybersecurity tickets
– 5+ years of user provisioning/triage experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Enterprise level Automotive Industry experience
– Enterprise level experience working with International teams
– Experience with Splunk
– Experience with EDR
– Experience with Palo Alto
