Position Overview :

As a Controller you will be Responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the company. Your main duties will involve accounting reports, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring adherence to all financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure all financial transactions and reports are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the accounting process
• Manage the annual budget process and monitor compliance
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Planning, directing, and coordinating all internal accounting operations

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in financial management within the construction industry is highly desired
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
