We are seeking an expert to lead this initiative and help our clients unlock the full potential of this technology.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Twin Specialist with expertise in creating and implementing digital twins for facility management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Forma, Tandem, and other relevant BIM-to-FM software. They will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital twin technology within our client base and demonstrating its value to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of digital twin services for facility management projects.
• Utilize Autodesk Forma, Tandem, and other BIM-to-FM software to create accurate and functional digital twins.
• Leverage IoT sensors and integrate the data extracted from Tandem to enhance the digital twin models, providing real-time insights for facility management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital twin technology into client solutions.
• Conduct live demos, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of digital twins to potential clients.
• Articulate the value proposition of digital twins to facility managers and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor digital twin solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital twin technology and BIM to FM practices.
• Drive the growth of the digital twin service offering within ATG, ensuring it meets business objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creating and implementing digital twins for real-world facility management projects is required. The candidate must have been the project leader for these implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Forma, Tandem, and other relevant BIM-to-FM software.
• Experience in leveraging IoT sensor data and integrating it into digital twin models for real-time analysis and optimization.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and their application in facility management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives and push services forward within an organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and driven personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in BIM or digital twin technology is a plus.
