Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Partners to expand our presence in the USA. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong network and expertise in software sales who are looking to earn substantial recurring income based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and establishing new connections.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present Metricoid’s offerings as the best solution.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Metricoid’s technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong network of contacts and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus.

Compensation:
• Revenue sharing-Based: Earn 25% of the revenue generated from clients you close. This is a recurring payment, meaning you will receive 25% each time the client pays their invoice.
