Key Responsibilities:
• Performing data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting.
• Extracting and analyzing data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
• Responding to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
• Creating and publishing regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Documenting reporting requirements and processes and validating data components as required.
• Prioritizing day to day requests and performing due diligence of workload, while achieving service level agreements.
• Conducting data entry, validation, and maintenance of master data tables for territory master, surgeon master and sales rep/manager tables’ alignments and relationship maintenance.
• Applying critical thought process to support territory realignment process in a multi-channel and multi-divisional business structure from a system perspective.
• Utilizing third party sources, to evaluate, validate and cleanse master data to ensure system-wide consistency across the divisions and ERPs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is a plus.
