Senior Director, Data Science – Permanent – Biotech (Remote)

Proclinical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Data Science to spearhead data-driven projects at a leading biotech!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the data science team.

Design machine learning models for analyzing biological data.

Collaborate with various departments to align data initiatives.

Implement scalable MLOps solutions.

Work with multimodal datasets, such as flow cytometry and microscopy, to convert biological insights into practical strategies.

Qualifications:

PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

8+ years of industry experience, & 5+ years leadership experience .

Expertise in machine learning and computer vision applied to biological data.

Strong knowledge of MLOps frameworks and cloud computing platforms like AWS.

Compensation: Salary: $250,000 – $280,000 plus package.
