Senior Systems Engineer – Fuel Handling

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer – Fuel Handling for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Ex-Vessel Fuel Handling system requirements and design documentation
• Interface with various engineering disciplines to develop plant design information and specifications
• Provide technical direction and guidance on nuclear and non-nuclear design standards

Required Qualifications
• B.S. in Mechanical or related discipline from an accredited university
• 8-15 years of direct experience in mechanical systems design
• Experience with nuclear reactors and fuel handling systems
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ASME NQA-1
• Ability to lead design team efforts with minimal direction
