We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our customer care team.
Responsibilities Includes:
– Handle Customer escalations
– Provide Customer Service via phone, email and chat
– Interact with customers on daily basis
– Processing orders, forms and purchase
– Weekly and daily reports on customers interactions, transactions and complaints
Requirement:
– Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.
