Title: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert
Work location: Remote(2 US domestic travels for participation in meetings/conferences)
Term: Fulltime
Objective: Provide technical, communications, and stakeholder engagement support services. Provide advice and guidance on technology policy matters related to trustworthy and responsible artificial intelligence in support of the adoption of the AI Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Job Responsibilities:
• Create draft documentation or edit other documentation to support all AI RMF documentation (e.g., white papers (technical documents), challenge statements, Practice Guides, assessments, and studies). The documents shall Communicate the intended message clearly and concisely focus on AI Risk Management Framework and Generative AI Profile.
• Prepare Draft Artificial Intelligence Technical Documentation, Communications, and Stakeholder Outreach Programs. These documents shall describe how AI programs and initiatives will be operationalized, offering specific recommended guidelines and standards regarding Artificial Intelligence that organizations can follow, further clarifying how AI efforts are related and aligned. These documents will include technical artificial intelligence content and require expertise in the field of artificial intelligence.
• Review and provide content feedback, editing support, and proof-reading support documents prepared by Client to support technical documentation, communications, and stakeholder outreach programs related to Client Artificial Intelligence programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in science, engineering, social science, law, or technical communications.
• 5 years’ experience preparing and delivering communication materials to private industry stakeholders.
• At least 5 years’ experience with communicating C-Suite to stakeholders in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Must have experience with technology policy matters related to trustworthy and responsible artificial intelligence.
• Must have experience creating or editing scientific and/or engineering data representations (diagrams, graphs, schematics, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
