• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and to address any ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
