Powder Mountain is a year-round resort and real estate development project nestled throughout 10,000 acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. Recently acquired by Reed Hastings, Co-Founder of Netflix, Powder is committed to staying uncrowded and independent—and we’re revolutionizing the ski industry along the way.
We’re looking for a full-time, remote Executive Assistant to support our Chief Creative Officer. Our Creative Team includes Marketing and Art, both working to create a unique place that fuses mountain recreation, art, and meaningful connection.
In your day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
• Support Powder’s Chief Creative Officer by partnering with them to execute and deliver on top priorities
• Heavy scheduling and management of complex calendars across time zones
• Arrange internal meetings with department heads and be present at all meetings to take notes and follow up with a plan of action
• Coordinate and collate content for large, cross-functional internal meetings
• Arrange and coordinate external meetings with current and potential artists and executive level customers
• Book domestic and international travel (flights/transportation/accommodations/visas)
• Handle expense reports and other confidential data as needed
• Prepare and proofread meeting materials, presentations and correspondence
• Identify areas for improvement; streamline processes and procedures
• Set up conference rooms for meetings, including video conferencing systems
• Arrange for meals and other personal tasks as needed
• Event planning and support for team offsites, outings and summits
You will enjoy and excel in this role if you have most of these qualities:
• 5+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple executives
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
• Excellent follow up and high level of ownership and accountability
• Possess a high sense of urgency
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful and independent problem solver
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Must be proactive to improve processes and take on new initiatives
• Proficient with Google apps (specifically Google Mail & Calendar, Sheets, Docs and Slides)
• Proven ability to use discretion, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment
• Highly effective interpersonal skills to build consensus and cooperation
• Experience supporting Community or Events organizations is a plus
