Job Description:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving BOLD GROWTH’s success by working with DTC eCommerce brands in the TikTok commerce space. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, engaging with them, and guiding them through the sales process from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into satisfied clients by effectively presenting our TikTok management services and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead Generation: Utilize our proprietary software to identify and generate potential leads within the DTC eCommerce space, particularly those focused on TikTok.

– Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, or other communication channels to set up discovery calls.

– Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings to present our TikTok shop management and creator collaboration services, addressing any questions or concerns.

– Closing Sales: Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.

– CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

– Upselling: If you are involved in upselling a client from one service level to a higher one (e.g., Level 1 to Level 2), you will earn a 50% commission on the upsell.

Compensation Structure:

– 100% Commission on Setup Fees: Earn 100% of the $250 setup fee for each new client you sign up.

– Monthly Subscription Commission: Receive a one-time commission of 50% on the first month’s subscription fee:

– Level 1: $400 per client (50% of $800)

– Level 2: $750 per client (50% of $1,500)

– Level 3: $1,400 per client (50% of $2,800)

– Upsell Commission: Earn a 50% commission on the first month’s difference in subscription fees if you successfully upsell a client to a higher service level.

– Volume Bonus: Receive a $1,000 bonus for signing up 3 or more clients into paid monthly contracts in a single month.

– No Recurring Commissions: All commissions are paid out based on the initial setup fee and first month’s subscription, maximizing your earnings up front.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on DTC eCommerce brands.

– Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

– Experience with CRM software is a plus.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 – $9,000.00 per month
