This part-time position is designed for an independent and reliable individual with a strong background in customer support and account management. You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting account-related activities to foster lasting relationships with our clients.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
– **Customer Engagement**: Initiate and respond to customer inquiries related to account management, ensuring timely and accurate communication to maintain high standards of customer service.
– **Account Management**: Assist in managing client accounts; including onboarding new clients, maintaining account records, and conducting regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
– **Problem Resolution**: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues or discrepancies related to transactions, accounts, or services, employing effective problem-solving techniques.
– **Data Management**: Accurately input and maintain client data into the CRM system; ensure account details are current and reflect any changes in customer status or preferences.
– **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive account management and client satisfaction; provide feedback on customer needs to influence service offerings.
– **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products, services, and changes in company policies; help to train new team members on best practices for customer engagement and account management.
– **Reporting**: Prepare and analyze reports on account activities, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction for management review; identify trends and suggest necessary changes.
– **Persuasion and Upselling**: Develop persuasive communication strategies to promote additional services or products that meet client needs, contributing to company growth and profitability.
• *Qualifications and Requirements:**
– **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer support in a relevant industry.
– **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
– **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software. Familiarity with management software used in the financial or trading sectors is a plus.
– **Personality Traits**: Must be independent and reliable with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and responsibilities; capable of working autonomously while managing time effectively.
– **Soft Skills**: Exceptional people management abilities and strong persuasive skills to foster relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. Must demonstrate empathy, active listening, and an understanding of client needs.
– **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French are essential. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, ensuring understanding from clients.
