Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Cars24 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service and chat support, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management.
2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes.
6. Provide regular feedback and coaching to chat support agents to help them improve their performance.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing a remote chat support team.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.
5. Excellent negotiation and analysis skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in chat support software and tools.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
