PURPOSE :
This position will play a critical role as part of the team enabling the modernization of the company’s Provider Data Management system.
Working with a cross functional team, this position will spearhead change management, design and facilitation of initial and ongoing end-user training, creating and maintenance of SOPs and other resources in support of operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in training, instructional design, change management and excited to contribute to the implementation of a new system from the ground up.
Designs and facilitates training of the Provider Data Management system to internal end users to enhance product, program or corporate initiative proficiency and increase organizational performance.
Leads the development of product and corporate knowledge expertise to deliver informative, effective, and engaging training both in-person and in a virtual setting.
Partner with specific business areas to update and maintain SOPs that are in line with the new system configuration and with corporate policies or decisions.
Partners with various divisions and departments to assess training needs, support interdepartmental learning, and ensure training outcomes meet client needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assesses, designs, develops, delivers & evaluates learning solutions that reflect adult learning ideas to build capabilities and drive behavioral change and engage learners.
Consults with division leaders and other stakeholders to conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate learning and development solutions.
Responsible for the update, tracking and dissemination of provider system and provider data process documentation. Assist the stakeholders with the assessment of user adoption or accurate use of the system.
Provide remediation or extended training based on the identification of user related use of the system.
Utilizes blended learning platforms and learning technology (including eLearning) to enhance the learner experience and application of learning.
Oversees the design and preparation of training materials, develops instructional content, and determines methodology.
Attends conferences and regional training to enhance effectiveness and delivery methods of group facilitation.
Partners with leadership to monitor training expenditures and generate the required reports.
Remains abreast on trends and changes within the training and development industry.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY :
Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience : 5 years Experience delivering various training, teaching or adult learning modules to large audiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with Provider data is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Knowledge of adult learning delivery methods and principles.
• Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to uncover insights.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
