Speech-Language Pathologist | Part-Time (Virtual)
ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a well-regarded school district in the Genoa City, WI area to find a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role during the 2024-2025 academic year. Applicants must have previous experience in school settings to qualify for this remote position. You do not need to reside in Wisconsin, but you must hold licenses for both your home state and Wisconsin.
Details:
• Type: Part-time, 2024-2025 School Year
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week (flexible)
• Pay: $45-$50/hr, paid weekly
• Includes both direct and indirect services
• Contract Status: Independent contractor role
• Professional liability insurance needed upon offer
Duties:
• Caseload: Grades 3-8, approximately 35 students (flexible)
• Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses related to speech, voice, hearing, and language issues.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention programs for communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
• Collaborate virtually with teachers and school staff to ensure effective intervention strategies.
Experience and Certification:
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a school-based environment.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state clearances (fingerprints, TB testing if needed, background check, etc.)
