HRIS Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)

Location: Houston, TX-Remote / Quarterly travel to Houston, Texas 77018 for 2-3 days – Candidate must live in TX, GA, TN, or CO.

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a strategic business leader who is collaborative and capable of building consensus and commitment toward shared outcomes. The HRIS Manager ensures the Oracle HCM system provides ease of access and a “one-stop shop” for employees and managers, is continuously upgraded and primed without workflow interruption, and is used to its fullest potential. They are primarily responsible for the core functionality of the Oracle HCM system including system administration, maintenance, security, reporting, and data analytics and training.

What You Will Do:

This key leader will be responsible for guiding the HRIS team in the overall system maintenance and administration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment, including coordination of system patch upgrades and process enhancements, and streamlining activities to generate a positive outcome for the business. They will ensure proper governance is followed for HR and Talent teams through each quarterly patch upgrade, security permissions are accurate, profiles are maintained, and end-user/administrator support and training are provided.

We’d Love To Hear From People With:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 3+ years of HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Directly manage 1-3 direct reports and 1-8 senior level HCM consultants).

· 7+ years of HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Strong understanding of SDLC using the Agile model. A basic understanding of SQL is preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.

· Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.

· Interest and capability to work remotely, participate in virtual conference calls, and travel for team and group events as needed to Houston, TX.

· Ability to work a varied schedule to complete projects and meet deadlines in response to changing demands.

· Occasional evening and weekend work as required to meet project deliverables and resolve any urgent issues.

· A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines.

· Strong ability to communicate, both functionally and technically, and with individuals at all levels of the organization.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Project management experience is preferred.
