Data Governance Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy / Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

10+ years of work experience in Data Governance, Analytics, Finance, IS Management, or a related function

3+ years of experience in developing and/or supporting data governance initiatives and standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to leadership

Experience with transformational projects and delivering results (e.g., quality, time, change adoption)

Stakeholder management and cross-functional interpersonal skills

Consistently high attention to detail

Ability to manage various priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Strong desire to learn and continuously improve

Proficiency with MS Office suite

Experience in SAP, Cognos and/or other business intelligence tool(s) a plus

Data governance certification a plus (e.g., CDMP, DGCP, etc.)
