Remote Customer Service Representative (Chat / Entry Level / No Experience / Work from Home)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts
• Follow up with customers to encourage orders and conversions
• Speak respectfully and professionally with both customers and team members
• Learn about zip codes, services, and relevant technicians to provide accurate information
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Maintain patience, vigilance, and attention to detail

Contract Length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• Active learner with a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English
• Access to a device capable of live chat (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• Reliable internet connectivity
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
• Availability of at least 5 hours per week

Hours Per Week: 5 – 40 hours per week

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the United States)
