Account Managers are responsible for acting as the main point of contact for clients that are utilizing one or more of Quartermaster Logistics services. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with a client portfolio, striving to employ services and processes that best fit the individual needs of their clients. Account Managers will also aid internal departments by collecting necessary information for successful project completion, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.
To succeed in this position, Account Managers should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills along with a thorough understanding of Quartermaster Logistics services and processes. They should be analytical, adaptable, and organized with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Account Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, communications, or related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in person and virtually
• Proven experience in building rapport with clients and colleagues
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Tabletop Industry a plus
Responsibilities
• Lead clients through onboarding process and anticipate client opportunities
• Proactively communicate project timelines and updates to clients.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships and client rapport.
• Collaborate with internal departments as necessary to execute client needs.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of Quartermaster Logistics products and services
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing client portfolio as appropriate
• Resolve client feedback and make process improvement recommendations to prevent additional issues
• Act as the internal client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience.
• Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
• Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
Skills
• Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Organization: Hyper-organized and detail oriented to proactively manage a portfolio of unique clients
• Prioritization: Be able to manage overlapping responsibilities and communication obligations, identifying & addressing the highest priority items first while not allowing other tasks to linger needlessly.
• Software: Experience with GSuite tools and moderate proficiency with Salesforce
• Service: Committed to excellent client experience and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
