Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel maintenance, general building or property maintenance, or engineering leadership roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, delegate tasks, and resolve conflict effectively
- Extensive knowledge of hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Budgeting and financial management skills to ensure efficient resource allocation and project completion within budget
- Proficiency in computer skills and maintenance management software
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and team members

Responsibilities
- Maintain Excellence: Oversee the consistent cleanliness of all public areas, whilst working to our company standards
- Resource Coordination: Order essential chemicals, equipment, and uniforms to keep our operations running smoothly
- Report Handling: Ensure all housekeeping reports, including daily discrepancy reports, are accurately shared with relevant departments
- Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise effectively with all internal departments including Reception and Maintenance, to ensure proper room allocations
- Staff Development: Assist in training and developing all housekeeping staff to uphold our high standards
