SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years proven experience as a developer with an emphasis in OnBase and Microsoft technologies preferred.
Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing OnBase workflows and forms.
Experience in integrating OnBase solutions with other enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
Familiarity with property and casualty insurance business processes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
