Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to Hawaiian Bros Island Grill’s recipes and standards.
- Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations during service hours.
