As a member of the Restaurant Staff at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position focuses on the morning hours, providing you with a stable schedule and the opportunity to be a key part of our team during the busy AM shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide information about our menu items.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble menu items according to Hawaiian Bros’ quality standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and promptly served to customers.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen, dining, and rest areas.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Punctuality and reliability, especially for early morning shifts.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
