As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Panera Bread, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and team management. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist in managing and leading a team of restaurant staff, including training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks such as cash handling, budgeting, and sales tracking.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
