As the Front of House Manager at The Orleans Hotel & Casino, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house areas, including guest services, reception, and concierge. Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Manage guest interactions and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and attention.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including receptionists, concierge, and guest service representatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of front-of-house areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Control: Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, service, and operational procedures.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on guest feedback, service quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or casino environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
