As the Food & Beverage Manager at Hôtel Swexan, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our food and beverage services, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our hotel is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that guests receive outstanding service and address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and appeal to our guests.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue through effective management of resources.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and inventory control to maintain optimal levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Event Coordination: Work with the events team to plan and execute successful dining experiences for special events and functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
