As the Assistant General Manager at Hôtel Swexan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the General Manager in managing the hotel. Your leadership will help maintain the high standards of service that Hôtel Swexan is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and train staff members to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager on operational performance and guest feedback.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
