As the Deputy General Manager at The Historic Park Inn Hotel, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate hotel staff, ensuring they provide excellent service and meet the hotel’s standards.
- Guest Relations: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, expense control, and financial reporting to ensure the hotel’s profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special functions held at the hotel.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for various hotel supplies and amenities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
