As the Senior Assistant General Manager at The Historic Park Inn Hotel, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the General Manager in achieving business objectives. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality for which our hotel is known.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and support hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue streams to meet financial targets.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the hotel.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any operational issues or guest complaints.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on hotel performance, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing events hosted at the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
