Position Overview: Full Stack Developer
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and implement scalable software solutions that will power our platform. As part of our cross-functional team, you will play a key role in the entire software development life cycle, from the initial concept through to deployment and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing enterprise-grade software, with a deep understanding of development frameworks and third-party libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Django applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
• Collaborate closely with the team to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements by engaging in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the platform through rigorous testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Technical Skills Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proven expertise in Django/Python, with additional experience in front-end frameworks such as Vue.js and React being highly desirable.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including experience with database optimization and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level projects, with a solid understanding of API development and integration work.
• Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a commitment to writing thorough unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Experience working with AWS platform services, including S3, ECS, EKS, and SQS, and a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap CSS library for front-end styling and design.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker/Docker Compose to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Proficient in version control using Git, with experience managing codebases in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Understanding of Kubernetes is a plus
