Job Summary:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
· Reach target goals for enrollment.
· Lead Distribution
· Monitor the Admissions Advisor’s performance and perform annual reviews.
· Hire and train new Advisors as necessary.
· Support Advisors daily by answering questions.
· Ensure the objectives of the department are achieved through positive management.
· Keep the team highly motivated.
· Provide on-going group training.
· Provide individual support to improve performance.
· Keep statistics on all Advisors
· Report overall enrollment statistics to the School Director weekly.
· Monitor and assess attendance and tardiness issues, including time clock corrections and the use of Sick/Vacation time
· Utilize company systems effectively according to prescribed company procedures (to include Student Data Base, Sales Force, Call Reporting, etc.).
· Ensure the admissions department adheres to all company policies and procedures.
· Work and communicate effectively with all college staff.
· Support all company initiatives by process and procedure as communicated.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Admissions Director is the direct supervisor of all admissions staff. Essential supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
· Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
· Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
· Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Measurements of Success
· Achieving steady growth in enrollment and reaching agreed targets.
· Keep the enrollment team, engaged and positive with little turnover. Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
· 3 years of sales experience.
· 3 years’ of management experience, preferably in sales.
Special Requirements: On occasion the Admissions Director may be required to work outside of normal business hours for special events.

Work Location: This position may be onsite, hybrid or remote. For the right person, relocation assistance may be provided.
Environmental Conditions: Normal office environment. On occasion they may be asked to attend special events that are outdoors with potential for high temperatures.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
