Title: Workday HCM Testing Coordinator

Contract: 6-12 Months
The Workday Testing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, scripts, and cases, managing test environments, and tracking defects to deliver high-quality Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
Test Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage test environments and data requirements.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks.
Test Execution:
• Execute test cases and scripts according to the test plan.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the defect management process.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues.
Test Data Management:
• Create and maintain test data sets to support testing activities.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
Test Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute test reports, including test summary reports, defect reports, and metrics.
• Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, etc.)
• Experience developing and executing test plans, scripts, and cases.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
