We’re hiring experienced data analysts to help bring AI to the next level of performance and accuracy.
Job Description
This is a cross-functional role supporting our pre-sales, operations and product teams with data-driven analyses and insights based on quality and performance data. You’ll craft innovative measurement formulae for GenAI training datasets based on statistical and heuristic data, along multiple dimensions (individual, cohort, task type, language, etc.). You’ll analyze GenAI training dataset metadata to ensure we create GenAI training datasets that optimize diversity, reliability, and relevance.
Responsibilities
• Analyze AI training datasets to ensure high quality in terms of reliability, statistical significance and agreement metrics
• Statistically review AI training datasets to ensure diverse data representation in terms of client specifications and industry standards
• Develop data quality instrumentation specs for deployment in dataset workflows, at individual, regional, task type, and language levels
• Design metadata taxonomies to support data analyses of production, workforce and quality metrics
• Train project managers in GenAI training dataset data analysis best practices
• Prepare GenAI training dataset analysis reports with actionable insights
• Support continuous process improvement for operations, workforce sourcing and quality control metrics
Qualifications / Requirements
• BA or BSc in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years work experience in data analytics, preferably with 1+ years work experience in AI training datasets
• Exceptional research and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and reporting skills
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines
