We are seeking Multiple System Administrators across multiple products (Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian and Pega) to help manage and provide End User and platform support for an exciting upcoming federal contract (contingent on award). The administrator will be responsible for supporting End Users of various business solutions configured on the platform. Each successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of the product platform.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Administer and configure the system environment in line with business requirements and best practices
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within environment
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement optimizations and updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve Application-related issues, providing ongoing support
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and guidelines for Application users
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase adoption and proficiency among end-users
• Stay up to date with the latest product features and enhancements

Required Qualifications:
• Certification in one of the following
• * Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Appian Certified Associate Developer
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Certified Pega System Architect
• 3 years of experience in administering on the Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega or Appian platforms
• 1 year experience with application security, governance, and compliance features
• 1 year service desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in Federal Government
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage environment applications
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with users of varying technical proficiency
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• All work must be conducted in the United States
• Additional Certifications as listed (especially cross product)

California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C Residents Only: The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington D.C residents is $70,200 to $137,800 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
