Job Title: Contract Compensation Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Contract Compensation Manager to join our team. The Contract Compensation Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization’s compensation structures align with our business objectives and industry standards. This position will involve analyzing contract terms and conditions to develop compensation packages that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to determine appropriate compensation structures for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business goals.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess competitive compensation practices and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and HR partners on compensation-related matters, including offer development, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
• Prepare and present reports and analysis to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to compensation and make recommendations for policy or process changes as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
• Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a contract-heavy environment.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
