A client is looking for a Lead in the PMO to drive and manage the Release Management and Continuous Improvement disciplines from a senior leadership perspective.

Is looking for a well-seasoned staff who will oversee the various aspects and subsets of the SDLC within the PMO.
The Continuous Improvement Manager facilitates and manages the process, planning, and execution of quality/improvement efforts for the organization. Ensures initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic goals and timelines. Implementing goal alignment activities with cross-functional teams. Manages a portfolio of projects directed at reducing waste and improving quality to provide greater value. Works with department heads and other team members to identify bottlenecks, redundancy, and disconnects in the process.
Skills:
• MS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required 16 Years
• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required
• Progressive experience in project and program management. Required 10 Years
• Experience managing people, performance, developing processes, and change management practices for medium to large teams. Required 15 Years
• Strong experience and verifiable success in delivering high-value client-facing software projects that span multiple teams and customers. Required 10 Years
• Track record of developing and improving consistent and repeatable outcomes across a Project Management Office. Required 10 Years
• Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultative experience in either a hospital or Health System setting. Required 7 Years
• Exp with program dev that relies on thorough synthesis &understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, process flow analysis,end-user relations, etc. Required 10 Years
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving experience. Required 15 Years
• A thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations is required. Required 7 Years
