Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Healthcare domain expertise is essential.
• Proficiency in Health Edge Guiding Care Configuration & Designer tools.
• Experience in solution designing and configuring.
• Expertise with Health Edge Guiding Care Modules – Care Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Preferred Responsibilities:
• Experience working on Health Edge Guiding Care Platform Care Management Module
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to configure and maintain the Guiding Care platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Customize workflows, rules, and decision trees within the Guiding Care system.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end CM processes.
• Understanding of Activities creation, CM Plan creation
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts.
• Create technical solutions, artifacts, and presentations for customers.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders.
• Produce results-oriented strategies to solve complex and open-ended business problems.
• Experience in Market Analysis and Product fitment.
• Take responsibility for ensuring success of all product releases and implementations.
• Drive experimentation by working with design on prototypes and user research.
• Support Sales and Marketing
